Start of Class

Well, I feel like sharing the story of my day so far, so here it goes:

Today's the second day of class, and I've already missed one. My day was going pretty well, and still is, I suppose. I got up on time and had my first CS class, where we basically had a lecture on how freaking hard the class is going to be (but "it's not a weedout class"). It was pretty cool, I'm looking forward to it. Anyway, I then proceeded to pick up a few posters (Drawing Hands, Don Quixote, and a Blues Brothers still), check out the job fair and grab a quick lunch with a couple friends. The job fair was pretty cool, I almost changed my mind and got a job as a security monitor, but I eventually settled on GAD event staff. If it turns out that's not enough, I could always do both.

Anyway, I picked up a Socialist newspaper on the way to History of Science, I'll give it a read later. I like the history teacher, she seems like she's gonna be a lot of fun. So far, that's the only class I know anyone in, a girl I met at orientation. While talking to her, I found out we're both in IT Calc II, and I thought it was weird that we were headed to different buildings for a class at the same time. Well, it turns out I'd copied down the wrong building for today and Monday's classes. It was an interesting time interrupting various French classes trying to find mine. Unfortunately, by the time I found out where my class was, there was no point going there.

So, I missed a class on my second day of school, that must nearly be a record. At least I can call the one classmate that I know and find out what I missed.

is something difficult to
work out properly
